Adjustment of Discharge: The lubricator comes factory-set with the bypass valve fully closed, allowing for a maximum oil discharge of 132cc per minute (or 110cc when using a 50 cycle motor). To achieve the desired discharge volume when the lubricator is at its normal operating temperature, adjust the bypass valve to the specific pressure indicated on the system pressure gauge, as recommended in the Bijur Engineering Manual. An internal relief valve limits the pressure to 130 psi to prevent over-pressurization.

System Requirements and Constraints: It is advised to use Type C control units with this lubricator. The lubricator is designed to work with oil viscosities ranging from 100 to 10,000 SSU at the operating temperature. For detailed information on system limitations, refer to the Bijur Engineering Manual.

Instructions for Startup:

1. Ensure the reservoir is filled with oil.
2. Start the machine and check that oil is flowing to all bearings properly.
