Distribution Elements: GXL Injectors – Upon pressurization, lubricant enters the injector inlet, prompting piston A to move until the valve port becomes exposed. Subsequently, lubricant flows through the valve port, directing it behind piston B into chamber 1. This action propels piston B towards the outlet, facilitating the discharge of a precisely measured volume of lubricant from chamber 2 to the designated lubrication point. Upon the alleviation of system pressure, piston A reverts towards the inlet, thereby opening the valve port to piston B. Consequently, piston B shifts, transferring lubricant from chamber 1 to chamber 2. With this operation complete, the injector becomes recharged, poised for the subsequent lubrication cycle.
GXL Injectors
GXL Injectors serve as spring-loaded, positive displacement devices tailored for incorporation within automatic centralized lubrication systems. These precision-engineered injectors are adept at dispensing accurate, measured quantities of lubricants to various components such as bearings, bushings, pins, and slides. Typically installed in distant manifolds dispersed across the centralized system, GXL Injectors are crafted from high-grade brass, rendering them exceptionally suitable for demanding environments, including mobile applications. Complementing these injectors are GXL Manifolds, constructed from aluminum and featuring a clear anodized finish for enhanced durability and performance.
