Electric Barrel Pump – EBPC-24DC – CONTROLLER ASSY 24VDC

Operation – The pump end (bottom) is made of a hardened steel bushing through which the piston passes. The piston pushes grease through the check valve ball and discharges holes in the pump stem. A vacuum is produced inside the bushing when the piston strokes upward, preventing drawback thanks to the check valve. Another grease charge is pulled into the bushing through the suction ports on the bottom of the stem when the piston exposes the suction holes. After that, the cycle repeats.

Key Features:

  • Pressure rated to 300 bar (4350 psi), ensuring robust performance.
  • Compatible with original refinery 120 and 400 lb drums (50 kg & 185 kg), with drum cover and follower plates also available.
  • Suitable for progressive, dual-line, and injector lubrication systems.
  • It is built with rugged construction and is ideal for outdoor use and harsh environments.
  • Eliminates the expense of air consumption associated with traditional pumps.
  • Offers a longer life expectancy compared to air or hydraulic pumps.
  • Operates with extremely low noise levels, allowing work to be done right next to it without disturbance.
  • Upgrade your lubrication system with Bijur Delimon’s Electric Barrel Pumps for enhanced efficiency and reliability.
