  • Easier disassembly after long periods of use.
  • Prevents cold welding on screw connections.
  • Excellent water resistance, hence suitable for friction points subjected to humidity.
  • Excellent resistance against acid and brine.
  • Prevents fretting corrosion
  • Effective corrosion protection
  • Good adhesive properties
  • Neutral odour and taste

Applications

  • Assembly paste with an extensive range of applications.
  • Screw paste for high-alloy steels to optimize the tightening torque.
  • Mounting and pressing of bearings and disks, wheels and bolts.
  • Lubrication of adjusting mechanisms and drifting, bending, punching, pressing and stamping.

Seal and Paint Compatibility

Compatible with the paints, gaskets, seals, and elastomers often utilized in the lubrication systems of food machinery.

Handling and Storage

Food-grade lubricants must be kept out of direct sunlight and other heat sources and separated from other lubricants, chemicals, and food items. They must be stored in the range of 0 to +40 °C. We advise using the product within three years of its manufacture, provided it has been stored under these circumstances. The product must be used within two years of opening its packaging (or within three years of the date of manufacturing, whichever is sooner).
