CASSIDA FM GREASE DC 2– Specialty multipurpose grease with direct contact for use in food processing applications in the food industrial sector.
Approved by NSF for use in direct contact situations (Class 3H) and situations where accidental food contact may occur (Class H1). It is manufactured in compliance with FLT Quality Standards in establishments that have adopted HACCP audit and Good Manufacturing Practice, as well as the quality and hygiene management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 21469.

Applications
- Ideal for use as a direct food contact release agent.
- Release agent for grills, loaf pans, cutters, boning benches, chopping blocks, and other hard surfaces to help prevent food from adhering during the processing.
- Lubrication and protection of seals, guides, bearings, and blades in food, pharmaceutical, and other clean environments where direct food contact is unavoidable.
Seal and Paint Compatibility
Compatible with paints, gaskets, elastomers, and seals commonly utilized in lubricating systems for the food industry.
Handling and Storage
Food-grade lubricants must be kept out of direct sunlight and other heat sources and away from other lubricants, chemicals, and food items. They must be stored in the range of 0 to +40 °C. If the product has been stored under these conditions, we advise using it within five years of production. The product must be used within two years of opening its packaging (or within five years of the date of manufacturing, whichever is sooner).
